Video: Pre-Selection Committee spots the most promising Millennium Technology Prize nominations

Selecting the winner(s) of the Millennium Technology Prize is a rigorous process, starting with the essential work of the Pre-Selection Committee. The Pre-Selection Committee screens the nominations for non-eligible submissions, and invites external experts to pre-review the most promising nominations.

The Pre-Selection Committee ensures that the work of the International Selection Committee can start the smoothest possible.

Over the coming months, we’ll dive into the selection process and go behind the scenes to discover what it takes to select the winner for this 1-million-euro award, celebrating the greatest advances in technology.
